MaxView Express project originators can enable extended teams of consultants, suppliers, collegues, and project owners to participate in an efficient document review process using a free authorized copy of the MaxView software. Individual files of any format, including three-dimensional CAD data, can all be easily combined with other critical project information such as product specifications, spreadsheets, requests for information, submittals, design memos and bills of materials. The project participant can view a detailed project structure and download only those documents they need, then use printing, measurement and commenting tools as needed. Automated emails provides an effortless way to keep everyone informed as additions and replacements are generated and security features can be used to validate document integrity, digitally sign documents and restrict document access.

By keeping technical and non-technical team members current, the website can help workgroups diminish the risk of misunderstandings through out-of-date documents and speed project completion.

MaxView Express service charges are managed by the Project Originator and may be prepaid or billed monthly to a credit card. The monthly cost for an Originator or Co-originator is $25 plus $50 for each increment of 10 other project participants. Projects may also be posted on MaxView Express using Exchange mode, which provides additional markup, takeoff and messaging capabilities at a monthly cost of $25 per project participant.
