Customer Development Manager
MaxView is looking for an energetic, hardworking and dynamic individual
to develop and maintain our customer base. This will include work with State
and local governments and architect and engineering firms in a defined
territory.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent interpersonal,
organizational and communication skills as well as a good technical grasp of
contemporary design tools and processes used in creating construction project
plans and specifications.
Primary responsibilities include:
- conducting
personal, Internet and telephone-based presentations of overview/benefits
and training for project owners, architect , engineer and users as
required,
- providing
quotations and closing new sales
- working
with association partners to promote and educate in the benefits of
MaxView products and services.
- acting
as a liaison between the customer and technical resources,
- maintaining
detailed computerized activity records and developing accurate regular
business forecasts.
Skills and Requirements:
- familiarity
with the construction industry is desirable and experience with CAD
systems as well as other common document creation and Internet
technologies is helpful,
- excellent
interpersonal, telephone, written and organizational skills are
mandatory,
- ability
to learn quickly so as to become knowledgeable in all products and their
use,
- self-motivated,
goal-oriented, able to work independently and willing to take
responsibility for follow-through and achievement of results.
The remuneration package is commission-based with an initial draw period
and offers significant growth potential based on recurring revenue growth over
an extended period.
